Once the event concept is established and elements approved, our event team works hand-in-hand with all involved to comprehensively and meticulously plan and prepare the operational aspects of the event.  To ensure that we achieve the expected result, on-site event managers are always there to orchestrate load-ins, choreograph seamless event show flows and transitions, and coordinate orderly post-show breakdowns. To be sure, there will be changes, often times significant, and many times in the “eleventh hour.”  Our dynamic team is trained to remain calm, fluid and flexible in these high-pressure situations and is empowered to adjust their plan of action to the circumstances at hand.  And we have the unique resources to make it happen.  We have immediate access to our extensive inventory of props, décor and specialty linens to adjust to almost any change.  We also have very established relationships with local florists, entertainers, technical suppliers, and other event resources that may be needed at any stage of the event planning process, or “in the pinch” when response time is critical.
